About Scratch Southern Cakes
Elana’s passion for baking began early. Some of her earliest memories growing up in Alabama include her peering over the edge of the counter watching her aunt as she made decadent sweet treats from scratch. There was always something delicious baking in her Tee-Tee Joan’s oven and the community flocked to her house to get the first taste! This love for serving others through baking was passed down to Elana. Scratch Southern Cakes is decades of love, whipped, sweetened, and poured into a pan!
